Reporting to the Business Team, you will attend to customers, advise on brands and services, handle complaints professionally, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain product presentation and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the retail store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Attend to customers and provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, offering constructive and effective solutions.
• Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updating in-store and window displays.
• Report directly to the Business Team.
