Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and sales skills.
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- SPM / STPM or higher education background.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and provide professional product consultation to drive sales conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs, including conversion rate and average transaction value.
- Execute promotional activities and deliver consistent service excellence.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock accuracy, and store housekeeping.
- Support daily store operations in compliance with company SOPs.
