Job summary

Mawlana Wear, a modest lifestyle fashion brand, seeks a Sales Assistant to join the KB Mall Kota Bharu store. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail, Malay communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends and peak periods. Commission and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail or sales (fashion/apparel preferred).
• SPM or above.
• Good communication in Malay; basic English an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and drive sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle POS / cashier transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and on-brand.
• Support store social media (photos/stories) when needed.
