Job summary

Cowboy (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a retail associate to ensure products are displayed neatly and restocked as needed. You will assist customers in locating items and support bulk purchases by checking stock and quantities.

Responsibilities include tagging prices, keeping displays tidy, and reporting issues to the supervisor. Training is provided; no prior experience required, and a friendly, helpful attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Able to work in a retail store environment.
• Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to carry goods and stand for long hours.
• Friendly attitude and willing to assist customers.
• Basic Bahasa Malaysia; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display goods neatly on shelves.
• Refill and restock products when stock is running low.
• Put price tags, labels, and promotion tags on products.
• Check product display area and keep it clean and tidy.
• Assist customers in finding products.
• Assist customers who purchase in bulk, including checking stock availability and helping with product quantity.
• Carry and move goods when needed.
• Report damaged items, missing price tags, or low stock to the supervisor.
• Support general store operations as instructed by the supervisor.
