This role interfaces between customers, Sales & supply chain to drive collaboration and improve delivery productivity through data-driven process improvements and partnerships. The position emphasizes cost optimization and continuous improvement to deliver mutual outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with customer service management, supply chain analytics, customer logistics & development, project management, productivity or a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
• Proficiency in Excel, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written, verbal & presentation) skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational ability.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Travel flexibility (short travel, local outstation) if required.
• Knowledge in iL6S tools, warehouse best practices, VMI concepts, SAMBC analytics, AGS concepts

Responsibilities

• Analytics & reporting
• Data analysis and presentation of insights for KPIs (e.g., SAMBC, inventory, trade return)
• Root cause analysis with corrective action plans
• Ensure data accuracy in reporting and support for customer engagement meetings
• Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management
• Foster relationships with customer supply chain teams for seamless collaboration
• Coordinate MT customer joint forecasting with OTC/Sales on stock reservations
• Collaborate on timely SKU master data updates
• Execute strategic actions to improve SAMBC & AGS
• Support distributor warehouse audits and stock counts
