Job summary

Mondelēz International in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a senior CS&L/SC professional to support our order-to-cash operations and customer collaboration agenda, providing value and service while improving supply chain efficiency and transparency through a single point of contact.

You will drive cross-functional coordination among Sales, Logistics, Demand Planning, Product Supply, and partners; deliver KPI targets for service levels, invoice accuracy, overdue management, and deductions; design

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CS&L or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM modules preferred).
• Experience embedding SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of CPFR methodologies.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG industry.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective cross-functional communication across Sales, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Product Supply and external partners.
• Achieve targets for customer service levels, invoice accuracy, overdue management and deductions.
• Design, implement and improve OTC and CS&L processes, SOPs and governance.
• Develop, coach and lead a high-performing team with accountability.
• Lead account- or channel-specific replenishment initiatives for product availability.
• Deliver enhanced service by pursuing customer supply chain improvement initiatives and strong stakeholder relationships.
