GOH BROTHERS MOTOR (DIDI) SDN. BHD in Ipoh is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to handle inquiries, feedback and complaints through phone, email, and other channels. You will assist in resolving issues and maintaining service standards.

This role requires basic business administration education, good Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work independently at our Silibin branch. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist in managing customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with customers on service experiences, satisfaction levels and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records, feedback reports and complaint documentation.
• Make customer satisfaction follow-up calls and conduct customer surveys.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly customer relations reports.
• Support customer service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the superior.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be willing to be stationed at our Silibin, Ipoh branch.
