WS HARDWARE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Bachok, Kelantan team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly service and efficient support.

In this full-time role, you will respond to inquiries, assist with product information and orders, handle complaints with empathy, and collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or retail roles, preferably hardware/home improvement.
