Job summary

GAG Auto Sdn Bhd, located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, invites a proactive Customer Relations Assistant to join our service team. You will create a supportive customer experience, greet and direct customers, manage the service appointment system, and register complaints within 24 hours.

You will prepare and deliver Customer Service Analysis reports, follow company policies, and participate in process-improvement projects led by the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 3 years in customer service.
• Diploma (CRA) with 2 years experience.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service experience by creating a supportive environment (welcome, greet and direct customers).
• Prepare and provide Customer Service Analysis report.
• Perform all operational tasks as company policy guideline.
• Handle, track and resolve customer complaints.
• Manage service appointment system.
• Register customer complaint within 24 hours and ensure daily tracking and updates of customer complaints.
• Participate in required process improvements teams and project/task forces as assigned by Service Manager.
