Job summary

HIEWA AUTO GALLERY SDN BHD is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to support our vehicle servicing operations. You will handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a smooth servicing experience for every client.

In this role, you will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Department, and contribute to customer retention and engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist customers throughout their vehicle servicing experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Department on customer issues.
• Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and maintain proper records.
• Assist in customer retention and engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager/HOD.
