Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery activities.
• Ensure invoice, DO, and shipping documents meet customer requirements.
• Report performance to top management at Management Review Meetings.
• Ensure correct and prompt collections from customers.
• Oversee office operations and day-to-day activities.
• Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to administrative staff.
• Represent office interests with external associates (suppliers, customers, government bodies).
• Improve and implement customer service policies toward satisfaction.
• Liaise with Accountant, Tax Manager, Audit Manager on monitoring accounts and month-end forecasts.
