Job summary

Quintus Search in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Manager, Professional Services to drive growth for corporate services from local client accounts. You will generate new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and translate needs into solutions with the support of service lines.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in B2B sales within professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
• Previous experience at Big 4/professional services firms is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.
• Ability to facilitate technical conversations with clients about products and services.
• Prior B2B sales experience is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge in Accounting/Finance/Payroll/Corporate Secretarial or Fund Administration.
• Sound understanding of Asian multi-cultural business nature.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual sales targets and achieve revenue through local business opportunities.
• Prospect new opportunities via networks, events, planning, and brand positioning.
• Assess client needs and align Vistra/Vistras capabilities to meet them.
• Collaborate with local service-line teams on client solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and drive deal closures.
• Serve as the principal contact for new client accounts.
• Build sustainable relationships as the preferred service provider.
• Collaborate with demand generation and marketing on client campaigns.
• Use CRM to track client interactions.
