Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Operation Coordinator to support customer service and on-site engagement activities. You will manage walk-in inquiries, gather feedback, and assist with campaign materials and event rollout, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn; can work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is advantageous.
• Able to handle feedback professionally and respond empathetically to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in inquiries with professional customer service.
• Collect feedback from walk-ins to drive issue resolution.
• Prepare collaterals and materials for campaigns and engagement.
• Support ad-hoc campaign launches and operations.
• Coordinate with city leads to ensure engagement activities are visible and well-executed.
• Provide on-ground support during events and activations.
• Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and duties delegated by the team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.
• Maintain records and documentation of daily operations.
