Job summary

Ichiru Homestyle Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing operations, social media engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, and customer service across e-commerce platforms.

You will coordinate e-commerce orders, inventory, and invoicing with the warehouse and accounting teams, assist with events and blogger coordination, and maintain accurate customer and membership data. Strong communication and organised workflow are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a marketing assistant is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing.
• Experience in coordinating events and blogger/content creators.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms and social channels.
• Coordinate daily with warehouse to update online stock and orders.
• Assist with invoicing and order documentation and sales transaction coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer and membership records.
• Support marketing tasks, events, blogger coordination, and content submissions.
• Prepare daily reports and collaborate with departments.
