Ichiru Homestyle Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing operations, social media engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, and customer service across e-commerce platforms.

You will coordinate e-commerce orders, inventory, and invoicing with the warehouse and accounting teams, assist with events and blogger coordination, and maintain accurate customer and membership data. Strong communication and organised workflow are essential.

Qualificações

Experience as a marketing assistant is preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing.
Experience in coordinating events and blogger/content creators.

Responsabilidades

Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms and social channels.
Coordinate daily with warehouse to update online stock and orders.
Assist with invoicing and order documentation and sales transaction coordination.
Maintain accurate customer and membership records.
Support marketing tasks, events, blogger coordination, and content submissions.
Prepare daily reports and collaborate with departments.

Monitor and review AI chatbot responses to ensure accuracy and identify errors or system issues.

Update relevant business information/prompts and follow up on AI-related issues for correction.

Handle customer enquiries, orders and after-sales service across e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, phone and other communication channels.

Provide professional product information and customer support.

Monitor and engage with company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Rednote), and respond to customer enquiries, comments and feedback.

2. E-Commerce Orders & Inventory Coordination

Coordinate daily with the warehouse team to obtain updated stock information and update online inventory accordingly.

Process, pack and prepare online orders accurately according to company procedures.

Coordinate Singapore-bound orders and verify product quantities and details with relevant teams.

Follow up with courier companies for parcel collection and provide customers with tracking information.

Coordinate with the Accounting Department on invoicing and order documentation.

Assist with sales transaction processing and coordination with relevant departments.

Check daily social media engagement and order records from JB and KL sales teams.

Verify sales orders against relevant records and member point adjustments.

Identify and report discrepancies in order, sales and membership records.

4. Customer & Membership Data

Maintain and update accurate customer and membership records.

Ensure customer information and related records are properly maintained.

5. Marketing & Event Support

Assist the Marketing Department with daily operations and ad hoc marketing tasks.

Support pop-up events, including on-site customer registration.

Assist with blogger/content creator coordination and follow up on content submissions and deadlines.

Ensure marketing content is published only after the required approval.

Forward and verify TikTok LIVE orders before arranging delivery.

Assist with recruitment advertising on company-approved recruitment platforms/groups when required.

6. General Responsibilities

Work closely with different departments to complete assigned tasks.

Follow company policies, procedures and work requirements.

Maintain a professional standard in all assigned duties.

Submit daily work reports to Company Directors.

Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or management.
