Job summary

Yih Seng Trading in Ipoh, Malaysia is looking for a customer service and sales assistant to manage inquiries across WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms. You will handle product queries, provide sales support and after-sales service, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting with promotions, campaigns and booth setups, plus preparing monthly sales reports. The role is on-site with standard weekday hours and weekend off.
