Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia is hiring for a front desk/ customer service role. You will handle customer assignments to executives, answer calls, monitor demo car movement, and prepare reports. Fresh graduates are welcome; English communication is required and a pleasant, professional appearance is expected.

You must be able to work on rotating weekends including public holidays, with shifts from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. This is a full-time, on-site position in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality/Hotel Management or similar field

Responsibilities

• Assigning customers to available executives
• Attending to telephone calls & inquiries
• Monitor selected activities i.e. test drive and demo car movement
• Preparation of reports and related documents
• Assist in CSI and CRM activities
