Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia is hiring for a front-desk/customer-facing role. You will assign customers to executives, handle telephone enquiries, and monitor activities such as test drives and car demos. Prepare reports and support CSI/CRM tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality / Hotel Management or similar disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in front-line (Front-desk / Customer facing) in retail or hotel industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigning customers to available executives
• Attending to telephone calls & enquiries
• Monitor selected activities i.e. test drive and demo car movement
• Preparation of reports and related documents
• Assist in CSI and CRM activities
