Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction to deliver exceptional support.
• Experience in Account Management to ensure smooth service delivery and client retention.
• Background in Sales to identify growth opportunities and own Sales KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse collaboration.
• Proactive problem-solving and organisational skills for multitasking under deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment or labour industries is a plus.
• English and Malay are required business languages.
• Additional diasporic languages in Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese/Tamil) are a plus.
