Job summary

China State Construction Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and pursue new tender projects and contracts in Malaysia. You will build strong relationships with clients, developers, design consultants and authorities, and act as the liaison to align projects with stakeholder expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within the construction and property industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, local governments and relevant authorities.
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
