Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Seremban, Tampin. You will help customers, process sales, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming store environment in a full-time role on Jalan Besar.

Fluency in Malay and English is preferred; reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. Training and employee discounts are offered to support your development within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment or supermarket is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy towards shoppers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers warmly and providing friendly, attentive service on the shop floor
• Assisting customers in locating products and offering recommendations
• Processing transactions at the till accurately and efficiently
• Stocking shelves and displays with neatly priced merchandise
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic shopping environment
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting low inventory to management
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Supporting the team during busy trading periods and promotions
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assisting with merchandising and window displays as directed
