Job summary

Asia Recruit Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service professional in Malaysia to handle inbound and written inquiries for telecom services, providing accurate information and friendly service. You will manage postpaid, fibre, prime, and network service queries.

The role focuses on resolving complaints to satisfaction, processing general inquiries like billing and basic troubleshooting, and collaborating with the team to maintain high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Experienced in Contact Center/ customer service /BPO working environments.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and chat for postpaid, fibre, prime, and network services.
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Assist with general inquiries such as billing, basic troubleshooting, and account promotions.
• Work with team members and leaders to maintain quality and productivity.
• Escalate priority requests efficiently for timely resolutions.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute improvement recommendations.
• Upsell and cross-sell solutions when appropriate.
