Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ Higher Diploma in qualification.
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers from various platforms promptly, efficiently and professionally.
• Ensuring that all enquiries / service cases are attended within the stipulated time.
• Work closely with Technical Service Team to ensure customers cases are resolved professionally.
• Provide helpful and accurate information about products, services, or procedures.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• To update and maintain customer interaction information in the database or system.
• To maintain amicable working relationship with business partner and customers.
• Prepare of monthly reports and documentation.
