Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Customer Care Associate at our Malaysia facility to support order management and customer satisfaction. You will process orders, confirm delivery dates, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of B2B customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP Hana.

Formación

• 1–2 years of B2B customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP Hana.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes customer orders within 24 hours.
• Acknowledges customer orders within 48 hours.
• Liaises with product specification, process engineering and other teams.
• Escalates risks and issues with orders and parts to appropriate teams.
• Monitors orders and advises on delays, offering alternatives.
• Ensures pricing accuracy according to policy.
• Works with planning and manufacturing on shipping dates.
• Communicates order updates to customers and systems.
• Captures and tracks customer complaints per procedures.
• Coordinates internal information requests and quotes with regional sales.
• Supports growth opportunities within the territory.
