Job summary

SGS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable coordinator to handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting and after sales service with clients in Shah Alam. You will assist walk-in clients and handle lab test enquiries, and coordinate the testing process across Lab, Admin, Sales and Billing teams.

The role requires a bachelor degree, good personality, independence and teamwork. You will interact with clients on submissions and related issues, ensuring smooth service delivery and client

• Bachelor degree in any course from recognized university / college.
• Good personality, independent and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• To handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting & after sales service with client.
• Assist walk in client and incoming call regarding lab test enquiry.
• Communicate with client on the sample submission & any related issue.
• Assist in coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales & Billing Department.
