Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handling daily sample receiving, registration, and sorting.
• Providing after-sales service to clients.
• Assisting walk-in clients and responding to incoming calls regarding lab test enquiries.
• Communicating with clients on sample submission and related issues.
• Coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales, and Billing Departments.
