Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a suitable candidate to manage daily sample receiving, registration, and client-facing support. The role involves assisting walk-in clients and handling lab test inquiries, as well as coordinating communication between the lab, admin, sales and billing teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree, demonstrates independence and strong teamwork, and is prepared to support the end-to-end laboratory workflow in a fast-paced environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university/college.
• Good personality, independent and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting & after sales service with client.
• Assist walk in client and incoming call regarding lab test enquiry.
• Communicate with client on the sample submission & any related issue.
• Assist in coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales & Billing Department.
