Job summary

LX PANTOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage international shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and coordinate schedules.

You will handle bookings, client inquiries, and prepare shipping documents while maintaining compliance and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in shipping or air freight, strong communication, and the ability to work long hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Shipping or Air Freight Forwarding.
• Good understanding of import/export operations in MNCs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with 3PLs, transporters, vendors, shippers and forwarding agents.
• Own transport and able to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage international shipment by liaising with freight forwarders and hauliers for cargo readiness and shipment schedules.
• Provide customer satisfaction service including bookings, enquiries, and requests.
• Handle full set of shipping documentations including invoices, packing list, bills of lading, certificate of origin.
• Track job progress and coordinate with related departments to ensure job completion with daily and monthly reporting.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.

About you

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Shipping or Air Freight Forwarding company

Good understanding of import/export operations in industry-leading MNC companies

Ability to communicate effectively with 3PL's, transporters, vendors, shippers and forwarding agent

Well versed in Import/Export documentation and declaration of K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9

Good knowledge in computers and MS Office applications

Able to meet tight deadlines with trustworthy and able to work long hours

Own transport and willing to work at Shah Alam
