Job summary

LuLu Money Malaysia is looking for a responsible Front Line Associate to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle daily foreign currency exchange transactions, provide friendly service, and ensure compliance with SOPs and AMLA guidelines.

The role requires a minimum SPM qualification, welcomes fresh graduates, and emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, document verification, and working in shifts including weekends and public holidays if needed.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash balancing and maintain accurate records.
• Follow SOPs and AMLA guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on products, services and procedures.
• Support daily branch operations and other duties as assigned.
