Job summary

LuLu Money Malaysia is looking for a responsible Front Line Associate to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle daily foreign currency exchange transactions, provide friendly service, and ensure compliance with SOPs and AMLA guidelines.

The role requires a minimum SPM qualification, welcomes fresh graduates, and emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, document verification, and working in shifts including weekends and public holidays if needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Collect and verify relevant customer documents during transaction processing.
• Perform daily cash balancing and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, SOPs, and AMLA guidelines.
• Maintain proper controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Keep updated on company products, services, and currency exchange procedures.
• Attend training sessions conducted by the Compliance Department.
• Support daily branch operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch In Charge.
