Job summary

Infinity Exchange Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru invites applications for a Teller to join our currency exchange and remittance branch. You will attend to customers at the counter, handle currency exchange transactions, and assist with remittance.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in the currency exchange business is an advantage.
• Experience in remittance, banking, cashiering, or customer service is welcomed.
• Fresh candidates may apply; training will be provided.
• Must be honest, careful, responsible, and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the counter.
• Handle currency exchange transactions.
• Assist with remittance transactions.
• Count and check cash accurately.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Follow company SOP and compliance requirements.
• Report any shortage, excess, or suspicious transaction immediately.
• Keep the counter area clean and organised.
