Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Cashier in Retail Operations in Malaysia to deliver frontline customer service by processing transactions and handling inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will support daily operations, balance cash at end of shift, prepare daily transaction records, and stay up to date with our products and policies.

Fresh graduates with SPM and above are welcome; ability to work weekends; basic MS Word and Excel knowledge; cash handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with SPM and above.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Some computer knowledge with MS Word and Excel.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria's products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer's information on our systems.
• Courteously assist customers with inquiries about services, cancellations or other locations.
• Recognize problems or complaints and propose solutions or escalate to management.
• Keep up to date with Ria's products, services, and policies.
• Balance cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare daily transactions record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
