One Belian Seed PLT seeks a senior leader to drive the culture and capability agenda across the organisation, embedding the refreshed Purpose and Ways of Working, building a future-ready and AI-enabled workforce, and developing capability at every level.

The role translates the People Blueprint into measurable culture, learning and leadership outcomes that support the business and High-Performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 12–15 years in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Culture Transformation or Organisational Development, including leadership roles.
• Experience designing enterprise-level learning or culture initiatives in large or matrixed organisations.
• Strong understanding of learning strategy, adult development theory, change management, and organisational culture models.
• Strategic thinking with a systems perspective and executive facilitation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track learning and engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Capability Development Strategy and Roadmap.
• Develop and manage academy-based learning structures aligned with critical business capabilities.
• Oversee learning governance, budgeting, vendor partnerships, and policy compliance.
• Own design and delivery of leadership development programmes.
• Lead AI, digital and sustainability capability programmes across the organisation.
• Own the AI capability agenda for the workforce, including AI literacy and role-based pathways.
• Drive culture transformation by embedding values into policies and performance conversations.
• Design and implement culture activation programmes, engagement campaigns and values-based experiences.
• Champion the employee engagement strategy, including surveys and action planning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Culture & Capability team.
