Job summary

TÜV SÜD (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Lead Auditor with CSCA/APSCA qualifications to perform CSR and quality management system audits across ASEAN. You will deliver audits like BSCI, SMETA and C-TPAT, ensure timely reporting, and collaborate with multiple departments on planning and development.

Strong English communication and travel readiness are essential. The role requires 3+ years in social compliance audits, a bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, and the ability to handle tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or environmental engineering or equivalent is required.
• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA/APSCA is required.
• Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CSR and Quality Management System audits (e.g., C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA, COC).
• Ensure timely audit/surveillance completion and submit audit reports.
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
• Interface with other departments for planning, marketing, operations and new product development.
• Maintain audit records per company policy.
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits.

Job description

• Conduct audits in areas of CSR and Quality Management System audits such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC audits
• Ensure timely completion of audit/ surveillance and submission of audit reports
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
• Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operations including new product development
• Maintain audit related records as per company’s policy
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service
• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certifies from APSCA is required.
• Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA, (Other certification would be an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Frequent travel required especially Asean country.
• Able to handle tight situation during audit with good time management.
