Job summary

TÜV SÜD Group is a global leader in testing, inspection, certification and knowledge services. The role focuses on conducting CSR and quality management system audits, developing audit methodologies, and coordinating with multiple departments across ASEAN regions.

Travel is frequently required to support audits and surveillance activities. The ideal candidate has a chemical/environmental engineering background, 3+ years in social compliance audits, and holds a CSCA APSCA lead auditor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in social compliance audits and quality management.
• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA from APSCA is required.
• Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA; other certification would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel, especially ASEAN region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits in CSR and Quality Management System audits (e.g., Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA, COC).
• Ensure timely completion of audit/surveillance and submission of audit reports.
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
• Interface with other departments on planning, marketing, operations including new product development.
• Maintain audit-related records as per company policy.
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits in areas of CSR and Quality Management System audits such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC audits
• Ensure timely completion of audit/ surveillance and submission of audit reports
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
• Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operations including new product development
• Maintain audit related records as per company's policy
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service
• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certifies from APSCA is required.
• Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA, (Other certification would be an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Frequent travel required especially Asean country.
• Able to handle tight situation during audit with good time management.
