Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a driven PMO Specialist / Project Coordinator to actively support Project Managers across Malaysia and China. You will keep plans, risks, actions and reporting accurate, ensuring timely closure and continuous improvement in project execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in PMO or project coordination, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Jira/Confluence/BI skills to drive transparent dashboards and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project governance, and delivery support.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects across regions (Malaysia and China).
• Strong knowledge of RAID, milestones, governance, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, milestones, status, dependencies and governance artifacts.
• Follow up with workstream owners and vendors to obtain updates and close overdue actions.
• Identify schedule slippage, missing dependencies, resource constraints or unresolved decisions and escalate early.
