Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Dev-QA Engineer (CRM) to ensure reliability and quality of CRM platforms across Whalecloud EBS, SFDC, and telco ecosystems. You will lead end-to-end CRM testing, integration validation, and automation across onboarding, billing, and order management.

You will design automated and manual tests, validate data synchronization, and collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to uphold quality gates and production readiness across cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of QA/Dev-QA experience, preferably in CRM or telco environments.
• Strong CRM system experience (Whalecloud EBS, SFDC, or telco CRMs).
• Hands-on API testing with Postman; API testing of REST/SOAP.
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM systems.
• Validate end-to-end CRM flows: onboarding, lifecycle, order management, data sync.
• Perform cross-platform integration testing (CRM, Billing, Middleware, Data platforms).
• Develop and execute API tests (REST/SOAP) for services.
• Build test automation frameworks for API and UI testing; automate batch/file checks.
• Collaborate with developers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT/SIT and regression testing; ensure alignment with requirements.
• Verify data integrity and reconciliation across systems.
• Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, drive fixes with teams.
• Contribute to release validation and production readiness checks.
