Job summary

Sourceo Pte Ltd is seeking a Dev-QA Engineer (CRM) in Malaysia to ensure CRM platforms' reliability across Whalecloud EBS, SFDC, and telco CRM ecosystems. You will focus on end-to-end testing, integration validation, and automation across onboarding, billing, and data synchronization.

You will collaborate with developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to establish robust QA frameworks, ensure high system integrity, and support cloud migration and release readiness checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 3–6+ years in QA/Dev-QA, preferably CRM or telco.
• Strong CRM system experience: Whalecloud EBS, Salesforce (SFDC).
• Hands-on API testing and integration testing.
• Proficient in SQL and data validation; experience with automation tools.
• Familiar with Agile/DevOps environments and CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM platforms.
• Validate end-to-end CRM flows: onboarding, billing, order management, data sync.
• Perform integration testing across Billing, Middleware, and Data platforms.
• Develop and execute API tests (REST/SOAP) and build automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT/SIT/regression cycles and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Establish QA best practices, data management, and defect lifecycle processes.
