Job summary

EBC TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SND. BHD. is seeking a Product Manager to own the CRM platform roadmap and drive continuous improvement across customer lifecycle, sales, marketing, and operations.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Customer Service to translate business needs into scalable product solutions, conduct requirements, design workflows, and prepare PRDs and user stories for end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst or System Analyst roles.
• Experience with CRM systems, customer platforms, workflow systems, fintech, banking, payment, trading or financial services platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong ability in requirement gathering, business process analysis and translating business needs into product solutions.
• Experience working with engineering teams and managing the full product delivery lifecycle.
• Good understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
• Good communication skills in English. Chinese/Mandarin is a plus due to collaboration with China-based teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Axure, Lucidchart or similar product tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and continuous improvement of CRM platform across customer lifecycle, sales, marketing, CS and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Customer Service to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Conduct requirement analysis, workflow optimization and system design; prepare PRD, user stories, process flows and prototypes.
• Work with Engineering, QA and stakeholders to deliver features from requirements through production release.
• Manage integrations between CRM and external/internal systems ensuring data consistency.
• Analyze product usage and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support prioritization.
• Support system adoption, user training, documentation and post-launch optimization.
