Job summary

Grab in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing professional to own lifecycle campaigns end-to-end. You will develop multi-channel strategies across email, SMS, Push, and In‑App messages to drive growth and retention for Grab's users and partners.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you need 5+ years in B2C marketing, a relevant degree, and hands-on lifecycle automation with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Responsys, or Eloqua. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Business Strategy for B2C customer lifecycle
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Digital Media
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and launching complex CRM or marketing lifecycle campaigns
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with multi-channel communications (Push, SMS, In-App, Email)
• Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and impact on goals
• Experience translating data into insights and new strategies
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Responsys, Adobe, Eloqua)

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of CRM lifecycle campaigns, including defining target audiences and content strategy across multiple channels
• Champion a personalized, customer-centric approach and use segmentation insights for campaigns
• Collaborate with Data Science to launch and maintain live campaigns and analyze results
• Identify growth opportunities by working with regional and local marketing teams
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for CRM, advising on best practices and prioritizing capabilities
• Work with Creative and Product teams to ensure on-brand, impactful communications
