EBC Financial Group seeks a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation, based in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to complete roadmaps and uncover new opportunities, and ensure end-to-end governance from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Five or more years of experience in product development.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite, JIRA, ServiceDesk, Confluence, LucidChart, Figma.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology – Scrum/Kanban.
• Knowledge in CRM, Payment System, API gateway and Microsoft SQL would be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
• Collaborate with internal and external units to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
