Job summary

MR. D.I.Y. CLUB is seeking a motivated marketing professional to support loyalty campaigns, member communications, events and app content. You will assist with campaign ideation, basic copywriting, performance tracking and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Fresh graduates or up to 3 years' experience are welcome; strong organisational and communication skills are essential. You'll help update banners in the MR. D.I.Y.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Creative, organised and interested in marketing campaigns, events, loyalty programmes and customer engagement.
• Good communication, logical thinking, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with different teams and external vendors.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, brainstorming and content development.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns, promotions and member communications across Push Notifications, EDM, WhatsApp and in-app messages.
• Assist with campaign ideation, basic copywriting, creative briefs and campaign performance tracking.
• Support member engagement activities, including events, workshops, roadshows and promotional activities, from planning and coordination to on-ground execution.
• Update campaign banners, promotions, event information and other relevant content in the MR. D.I.Y. CLUB mobile app.
• Monitor member feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to improve the mobile app and overall customer experience.
• Work closely with Customer Service to support enquiries related to membership, points, rewards and other loyalty programme matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies and vendors to ensure campaign materials, operational matters and timelines are completed accordingly.
• Prepare basic campaign and marketing reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Keep updated on marketing, social media, customer engagement and competitor trends.
