Job summary

MR D.I.Y. Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a marketing support specialist to assist planning and execution of loyalty campaigns across Push, EDM, WhatsApp and in-app messages.

You will help with ideation, copywriting, briefs and campaign performance tracking. The role involves coordinating member engagement activities, updating app content, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Plans and executes loyalty marketing campaigns across channels (Push, EDM, WhatsApp, in-app).
• Supports campaign ideation, basic copywriting and performance tracking.
• Engages members through events, workshops, roadshows and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Update MR. D.I.Y. CLUB app banners, promotions and event information.
• Monitor member feedback and coordinate with teams to improve app and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on membership, points and rewards inquiries.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and vendors to meet campaigns and timelines.
• Prepare basic campaign/marketing reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Track marketing trends, social media and competitor activity.
