Job summary

RISE Akademia in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing and CRM initiatives across paid ads and lead management. You will nurture leads, activate databases, and create opportunities for Sales.

You will manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels, monitor budgets, and strive to improve Cost Per Lead, ROAS and conversions through testing and optimisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation or CRM.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and digital advertising.
• Comfort with numbers and campaign performance.
• Enjoy testing, analysing and improving results.
• Organised and able to manage large numbers of leads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across channels.
• Manage platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign budgets and daily performance.
• Improve metrics like Cost Per Lead, Lead Volume, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and campaigns.
• Capture leads from ads, social media, events and landing pages; maintain CRM.
• Segment leads by interest and customer journey; support Sales and Creative teams.
