Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Lead CRM DevOps Engineer to own end-to-end DevOps strategy, platform reliability, and release governance for CRM/OM platforms on AWS EKS. You will drive CI/CD, GitOps, and SRE across multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver faster, safer, and more reliable platform delivery in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering with leadership exposure.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot in microservices-based environments.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, and IaC practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Drive DevOps strategy and operating model for CRM/OM platforms.
• Architect and govern end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps.
• Lead trunk-based development adoption, automated testing, quality gates, and release safety.
• Design and operate multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms (EKS/OCP).
• Govern AWS infrastructure and IaC using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Apply SRE practices by defining SLOs/SLIs and leading incident management.
• Ensure end-to-end reliability of CRM and API integrations across systems.
• Establish observability and drive documentation and knowledge sharing.
