Qualifications

• Hands-on building of automations using tools like Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.
• Comfortable using AI tools for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage CRM pipelines and workflows for SME clients.
• Build and maintain AI chatbots within the CRM platform.
• Connect CRM systems with other tools, such as calendars and WhatsApp.
