Job summary

Ascentis Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design end-to-end solutions across CRM, loyalty, automation, analytics, and customer engagement. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and advise clients on solution design.

The role involves applying AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, and AI agents to solve real-world business challenges. Flexible work culture is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT experience as a Solutions Architect in CRM space.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns.
• Strong experience in .NET technology stacks for enterprise web app development with DB modelling.
• Extensive CRM or other business management software experience.
• Experience in SaaS environments; familiarity with SQL, HTML, ASP, .NET.
• Basic understanding of relational database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to end-to-end reusable applications.
• Provide consultation during pre-sales meetings with clients.
• Define technical, operational and user requirements.
• Liaise between customers, IT staff and partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
• Ensure project quality via KPI identification and testing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional tech and design teams to ensure delivery.
