Job summary

DKSH Malaysia in Kuantan is seeking a Crew Member, Outlet Operations to welcome customers and uphold high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. You will support daily outlet operations to create a positive shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Training will be provided to school leavers. You should be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and you must be willing to work six days including weekends and public holidays at the assigned outlet location.

• Good working attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a six-day working week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully stocked and clean product display area.

• Assist in gift item wrapping and display arrangements for visual merchandising.

About The Role

The Crew Member, Outlet Operations is an essential part of DKSH's retail outlet team, delivering a welcoming customer experience and maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by supporting daily outlet operations and creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.

• Prepare and bake products to standard, ensuring product availability and freshness are maintained at all times
• Maintain a fully stocked and clean product display area to support a consistently excellent customer experience
• Uphold housekeeping and hygiene standards across the outlet to ensure a tidy, organized, and welcoming environment
• Assist in the wrapping of gift items and product display arrangements to enhance visual merchandising standards
• Support customer service activities to ensure every customer interaction is positive and service-oriented
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
