Job summary

DKSH Group in Sepang, Malaysia is seeking a Crew Member to support daily retail outlet operations and customer service. The role involves assisting with product display, wrapping, housekeeping, and ensuring the outlet runs smoothly during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Ideal candidates are school leavers with PMR/SPM qualifications, capable of learning on the job, and ready to contribute to a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items and product display.
• Assist in customer service and ad hoc duties as required by immediate manager.
