Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Order-to-Cash leader to coordinate daily Billing Management tasks and ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.

You will lead a team of 7–19, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Credit Management, and Finance to resolve issues and implement improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in a related operational role with leadership exposure; SAP knowledge and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order-to-Cash processes, billing, receivables, and customer master data management.
• Strong communication with Sales, Credit Management, and Finance.
• Leadership or deputy team lead experience in a process-driven environment.
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance for invoicing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Order-2-Cash operational tasks for Billing Management and Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledger Management.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive corrective actions for deviations.
• Escalate and resolve billing-related issues; cancel/correct invoices and manage open items.
• Lead a team of Billing Management professionals and enable training and development.
